recently bought 14pro 256gb pta approved for. abhi pata laga hai ke phone ke display main masla hai. auto scroll karta hai aur edges par touch recognise nahi karta aksar. seller isnt claiming responsibility but im sure usne he faulty diya hai.
i think phone kahin gira hai jiski ki waja se ye hua. the seller jumped to the same conclusion as soon as i told him, it was literally his first reply to all this. khair ab main iske fix ka poochna chahta hoon. kisi tarah khud kar sakta hoon ya koi shop ka agar pata hai kisi ko lahore main. aur agar aese he sell karna ho tou kitne ka hoga.

there are certain shops in lahore which can replace the screen but make sure you get the good LED n a good repair guy

any idea about how much it will sell for in its current condition? rest of the phone is 10/10 in condition, apart from this issue
Usually minus the screen price. But most shopkeepers offer even lower because you have a lower hand.
I suggest get it fixed from a reputable shop in your city. Read reviews about the shop do your research.
Important don’t get disheartened.
This is a learning experience. Keep the phone and get the screen repaired if your budget allows otherwise sell it.
thankyou for the guidance. i’ll see what quote i can get for the repair and then decide what to do next. if i do find a reputable guy to fix it, can i expect the phone to last me a good amount of time without any further issues? because that was the purpose of buying this
