During its “Let Loose” event, Apple revealed a thinner, lighter Magic Keyboard for the newest iPad Pro models.
Apple has announced that the Magic Keyboard has undergone a redesign to become thinner and lighter while maintaining its signature floating design. It now comes in two colors that complement the new iPad Pro. Additionally, new features include a function row with screen brightness controls, an aluminum palm rest, and a larger trackpad with haptic feedback. Apple claims that with the trackpad, working on the iPad Pro will resemble the experience of using a MacBook.
The new Magic Keyboard is available for pre-order today and will officially launch on Wednesday, May 15. The 11-inch model is priced at $299, while the 13-inch version costs $349.
