Leaked CAD renders of the Apple Watch Series 10 suggest it will feature an even larger screen than the Apple Watch Ultra, despite having a smaller body. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo previously claimed that the next Apple Watch, possibly named the Apple Watch X, would have a larger screen, with the biggest size being 49mm, the same as the current Apple Watch Ultra.

However, according to 91mobiles, the screen is expected to be 50.8mm, based on CAD renders reportedly sourced from unspecified industry insiders.

The renders suggest that despite the larger screen, the Apple Watch X will have a smaller chassis, measuring 46mm by 39.7mm. This makes it bigger than the Apple Watch Series 9 but still smaller than the Apple Watch Ultra.

Contrary to previous rumors of a new and thinner design for the Apple Watch Series 10, the renders show the design remains unchanged, including the band attachment mechanism. Notably, the new Apple Watch is claimed to be 11.6mm deep.

This depth of 11.6mm is thicker than the Apple Watch Series 9, which is 10.7mm, but thinner than the Apple Watch Ultra, which is 14.4mm.

The Apple Watch Series 10 has been anticipated to receive a significant update to mark the tenth anniversary of the original model. It’s also predicted to be named the Apple Watch X, similar to how Apple launched the tenth-anniversary iPhone as the iPhone X, with dramatic changes.
